This phase focuses on structuring, refining, and activating the core assets needed to move a project forward — without locking you into oversized contracts or unclear scope. Each Flame session is a contained 5-hour execution block, designed to be stacked as needed to complete specific phases of a larger initiative. The Flame is used to: • Build and refine core content, curriculum, or messaging assets • Translate strategy into usable systems and materials • Prepare educational copy, offers, or platform graphic assets* • Support implementation without taking ownership away from the client This is hands-on execution with strategic oversight, not ongoing management. How The Phase Works Projects are broken into clear phases. Each Flame session completes a defined portion of that phase. Clients often schedule 2–6 Flame sessions to: • Complete a full phase of an intricate project, event or course • Move from concept to usable assets (some DIY clients book these sessions to get the marketing materials they need to post consistently on their own throughout the month or quarter) • Prepare for launch, training, or delegation Each session stands alone, allowing clients to pause, pivot, or continue without friction. What Is Delivered (Varies by Project) Depending on the phase, Flame sessions may include: • Curriculum or course module builds • Messaging and offer refinement • Campaign or launch asset creation • Membership or system structure setup • Training materials and documentation • Design structural framework & tutorial recordings All work is delivered in a format the client owns and controls the use of.
