In our perfect project, following The Spark and Flame, The Forge focuses on building the digital infrastructure, connecting assets, and preparing projects for public launch or deployment. This is not concept work. This is a hands-on implementation. What happens in THE FORGE phase? The Forge turns strategy and execution frameworks into functional, public-ready systems. This includes: • Landing pages, forms, or project-specific web elements • Website and platform implementation, setup, and connection • Preparing all assets for public launch or live deployment Some projects may require multiple Forge sessions. A well-defined Spark phase ensures the work is clearly scoped and prevents unnecessary sessions. How The Phase Works Each Forge session is a full 8-hour intensive focused on implementation. Work is scoped per project to ensure clear objectives and deliverables meet your project goals for the best success.
